Having inspection times for such puzzles (or any for that matter) is ridiculous.

And trying to accurately time such things without inspection and without having the cuber waste time (e.g. by taking a cover off) is even worse.

I agree that this puzzle requires almost no inspection time, but with and without inspection are still two completely different things. I like the idea that you get a few seconds to plan your solution and how to motorically execute it fast rather than doing a no-brain solution in order to save time due to lack of planning. (of course this puzzle is too easy for really planning anything else than how to put down the puzzle in order to minimize lockups.)
