Pyraminx broken?

I'm sorry about the bad picture but I had only my mobile phone right now. So I started with pyraminx today as I found it from my cupboard. I started to learn it and hope to get better soon but there's a small problem.

This piece isn't stuck but it's too loose. It's open all the time. I turn it and the piece falls down. How can I put it in so it will stay in there? (It's a soviet pyraminx so don't amaze when You don't see any screws in there )

with what? Umm... like there's many possibles.

green-red-blue are the faces. Grey is just plastic. To the white? it comes out from the surface. or to the smallest? The slight blue is inside white.
