"Jigsaw-puzzle sales exploded during the coronavirus pandemic, as restrictions forced millions of Americans to stay home and find ways to entertain themselves.

Puzzle sales at Ravensburger North America, a unit of privately held German puzzle giant Ravensburger AG, jumped 70% in 2020 compared with the previous year. Sales during the first weeks of the lockdowns—the last two weeks of March 2020—surged 370% year-over-year. Although growth in the overall puzzle market has moderated, sales are still growing, rising 9% in the first quarter, according to advertising-technology firm Criteo."

But as vaccinations pick up and people start going out more, will the puzzle trend continue? I know most of us here were fund of finishing puzzle games. What are your thoughts guys? :)

Now that the people are going out more, I don't think the trend would continue. There are only a few of us who enjoy puzzles.

I can't say that I agree these days, we've started another lockdown as Delta variant spread fast in a couple of days. I and my cousins have been round the clock playing puzzles as a result. 😅

I take what I said, I don't know why I said that. We're under lockdown again, and I just bought a book of 500 Sunday NY Times crosswords. Guess I'll stick to this for now.
