Had this idea for a while now, decided to see what you think of it
My programming 'skill' is a little too rudimentary but I'm sure someone else could make something along the lines of the following.
You do 10 solve average and the program saves your ability level. Then you can race the computer. The program would need to be able to solve a cube, anyone who has written a cube solver could easily mod it to do this. The program works out the solution first, then works out at what rate it needs to turn (a cube simulation) in order to match your average (time would be randomized). This would be good because, it would make you want to beat the computer and so you'd really push your speed to do this, something that in normal practise you might not always achieve.
What do you think? Bad idea or good idea. Does someone want to make it?
