Perfect Drill For Efficient Cross

If you go to the settings, and click the little white checkmark box on the right of that setting, it will change that setting only for that session. For example, if your default timer is with the keyboard, then you check the box, then change the timer to typing, you can make Session A use the keyboard timer and Session B use typing. Make sure if you use the keyboard for timing most of the time that you have that set as your timer before you click that white box.

:mind_blown:

Is there some functoriality in csTimer than can be used to enter the move count 6,7,8,9, etc. to record this? I only have a keyboard, not external stackmat timer, etc.
Well I actually used paper and pen for that part so cant add anything else xdd. Im happy to see that you got some help from the others, Happy Cubbing!

2. Do the Cross 150 times with Inspection time
(This gives pressure on, to faster come up with the idea, and it's like a competition environment too)
3. Do the Cross 150 times with Inspection time and without looking at the cube. ( This improves your lookahead, because you can later do the cross with your muscle memory, and focus on the f2l)
I did step 1 but with my eyes closed. I plan my moves, close me eyes and execute. My ao200 was 6.5 moves I must be coming up with acceptable solutions. Moving on to step 2 I just can't seem to plan the whole sequence out in 15sec inspection time. Hopefully with more practice it comes together!

Wooaa 6.5 average is amazing. That means you are totally efficient in the cross solutions. You can actually add up some first pair tracking, if its not too difficult at your level. So the second step is a bit harder for you, and believe me I struggle with it too, sometimes the pieces just dont add up. So the ideas to improve it: 1. Plan out first only 2 or 3 pieces at a time, and after managing that, just try to predict where the remaining pieces will go. 2. You can add more inspection time, like start with 30seconds, and then build it down slowly to 15 seconds or less. This second plan is a bit more progressive I think, so you can use these ideas if you like them. Hope you can improve a lot!!
