Orientation problem..

ok i've solved my rubiks cube, everything is correct but my one is some kind of special rubiks, all faces has a correct orientation, and the problem is that on 2 of the faces, the center middle piece is rotated by 90 degrees, how do i flip them?

Do a U-Perm 3 times

Rotating two centers 90 degrees with colourful illustrations

For rotating one center 180 degrees just do the T-perm twice.
