Does it count if you use insertions during a FMC solve? Because then I have gotten several, otherwise: 0

OLL+PLL skips

Yeah, sure it's an LL skip. So is (R U R' U')*6.

It depends on what you mean by "LL skip". I use MGLS, therefore, a PLL skip for me would be considered a LL skip 
I've had several, in that case. With normal CFOP, I've had 2 LL skips, 1 untimed, the other was 11.

wow I just got my first LL skip, but it was a horrible 19.92 
saw an easy x-cross for a different colour from my usual white cross, then got too much delays in f2l because i'm not colour neutral.

Somehow doing FMC has given me the power of ultimate look-ahead. During my (keyhole) F2L I got to this state: L' U F' U L F U2 L2 F' U' L F L2. I didn't see the pair (I don't look for that kind of thing so I did R U R' to insert the corner. Then I "just saw" that R U R' U' F' U' F U (pretty alg from 20 years ago) would give an OLL skip AND that the PLL would be T-perm.
That was my first controlled "speed-skip".
