OLL-CP vs. VLS

Since it is not really worth learning both, which one is better?

If you're learning only one of those two, VLS is the clear winner. OLLCP still gives you a two-look last layer most of the time, while VLS gives something like a 2.5-look LSLL.

However, as a third option, I think ZBLL (without S/AS, to make it comparable in alg count) would be more useful.

I recommend learning cases from both. Particularly, the easily recognizable ones. Starting with COLL and WV is pretty standard.
