So i was doing some OH and just came across this scramble and as SOON as i saw it all i could mutter was just..... OH WOW..... DEFINIETELY the GREATEST OH scramble i have ever gotten EVER. only 20.48 though

but still i see someone like lofty getting at LEAST 13 on this

I haven't done any cubing in quite some time... (and by that i mean since this morning) so my tps was terrible. only 18.72. But I had 2 bad LL cases what did I do wrong?
Edit: I'm trying to find this PLL skip. I've gotten the same LL twice with two different F2L's. There doesnt seem to be too many different ways to do this one but I seem to be missing it I'll keep looking.
Edit2: I finally found the PLL skip. My problem was I was doing the R/B pair before the B/O pair. My first try after finding it was like a 12.xx after that on subsequent sub-10 was easy.
