Looks nice. It is tough to tell exactly how "good" it is. Have a brand new person look it over and solve a cube using the guide, and let them give you feedback. That is what gave me the most improvements on my guide, and still does.

Wow, it looks great, and it looks like you put a lot of work into it. Videos for each step...very DESCRIPTIVE videos (4 minutes for the cross? That's pretty good!), even back-ups if the first video doesn't work...

It's really nice. The website looks pretty neat too.

My only complaint is that you need pictures to explain what you are looking for and what you should get when you finish. Some people may have trouble loading those videos, and pictures would help quite a lot.

I think you should encode the videos in a different codec because I can't fastforward it. If possible, java applets would be nice. But I really like your algorithms. Very simple.
