Var1 is probably the most move efficient, but not the most alg efficient. For VAR 2 you need to learn 21 PLL and 7 OCLL, making 28 algs. For Var1, you would need CMLL(42 algs) and EPLL(4 aLgs) making 46 algs. The amount of algs are sub 30 on Var2, but not as move efficient as PLLs are quite long sometimes.

Also, I really don't know how to orient and permute at the same time, so that causes a problem for making example solves.

Maybe another Varient could be
1. 1x2x3 on left
2. DB edge and all e slice edges in place, with all bottom color corner oriented(not necessarily permuted.(while inserting the last corner edge, you useWV or MGLS to orient top color corners
3. Permute both color corners using a square one alg? Not sure that will work though
4. Orient all edges, permute DF and DR
5. EPLL

What about
1.2x2x2 block on DBL
2. 1x1x2 extend on DFL
3. Insert BR e slice edge while placing &orienting a bottom corner
4. Insert FR e slice dodge while placing ad orienting a bottom corner, but using WV or VHLS to orient all top corners
5. Permute all corners(5 cases)
6. Orient all remaining edges while placing DF and DR correctly
7. EPLL

Or maybe
6. Orient all edges and place UL and UB
7. R2 F2 EPLL

I see, I would say for step 6, you just have to permute two edges of the same color, and then place the remaining edges to be permuted in the top layer followed by EPLL

Since orienting edges takes up lots of time, you could orient edges using ZZ principles after 2x2x2?

Yes maybe ZZ principles could work, but while using WV or some other method to orient corners while inserting the last corner edge, but does it preserve orientation of other edges?

This method just seems like a slower FreeFOP, and it isn't really that innovative or doesn't bring anything new to the table, but it is a good attempt at making a method.
1. You have to solve 2 extra cross pieces instead of one (though maybe you can insert one and solve EO, and solve CO when inserting the other?)
2. The missing cross pieces are in the front. Just harder to do EO that way IMO.
3. It just uses already generate algorithms, and basically already though of steps with just edge insertions in between. The variations themselves are very similar with either one or two steps changed.
Try some more revisions and refining and focus on making it more original.
