Hi.

I'd like to use Petrus for fewest moves competitions. I looked at some Charles Tsai solves on Dan's FMC but I have problems with his "step 2" i.e. edge orientation and corner permutation. I can't recognize which corners should be swapped. I just bring First layer corners to them positions and then decide. Is there any beter method? And what about "algs" fo this step? I'm googled for them but found only Sebastains website. Or have you just some tips for me, how to get familiar with this step?

Thanks in advice.
Adrian.

Edit : Damn! I'm suck :/ Could someone move it to Beginners centrer?

the method you describe there doesnt sound like petrus.this is petrus.

1.build a 2x2x2 block
2.expand into a 2x2x3 block
3.fix bad edges
4.finish 2 layers
5.position corners
6.flip corners
7.fix edges

Yes, you described pure Petrus. The difference is in order of steps. I'm doing (or trying to do) 1,2,3,5,4,6,7. I think it's still Petrus. Something like COLL with Fridrich. Just little variation.

So if I make XCross in Fridrich it's still Fridrich? Ok, if someone name this method correctly I'll change the topic name. Unfortunetly, I don't know the exact name.

Let's back on topic.
