Hey Guys.

I'm a russian dude, and I've decided to learn to speecube since its cool, and I like puzzles.

I'm relatively new to this website, this is like my first post, several people know me in #rubik. I can play some guitar, I like music(not rap or r&b, but proper music), maths(nerdy :P).

I'm waiting for my own cubes to arrive, and what inspired me to start cubing was that there was this cube that was always scrambled, I took it and decided to solve it, untill i realized its been messed with, I took it home fixed it, and learned to solve it, but somebody else stole it from me :mad: .

And once my cubes arrive I'll continue learning the Frirdich/CFOP method, since I'm used to the LBL.

Cheers,
Ed

Welcome to the forums! Let's hope you have a pleasant stay.

Do you mind if I ask who knows you from #rubik?

Nice to meet you! Just some info, most people hate when others make lots of new threads, so if you have a small question that can be easily answered, please just ask on the 'one answer question thread'. Otherwise, you can do 'races', which is timing given scrambles, than you post your times, trying to get a certain average. For example, if you average, say, 35 seconds, you can try the race to sub-30 thread. They give you twelve scrambles than you just post your times and average. It's not competition, just for fun.

Hi there! I would recommend not to stay on fridrich without knowledge of other methods. Have a go a Petrus, Roux (I use it :P), Heise, ZZ. Figure out what you enjoy most, and start your journey, not the other way round!

Well, I've chatted to them sometimes for the past several days. Well they sorta know me. Or I can say I kinda know that them, and they don't really know me.

Those guys who're like there 24/7...

@5BLD
Well I would, but Lemme get under a minute or something first...

Perhaps he enjoys using CFOP? I have a feeling that the influx of blockbuilders that we have now keep forgetting that CFOP can be fun too.

I'll work my way around them sometime.

Thanks, I've seen the one question thread before, but the sub-x races, never knew there was different sections for time, thanks.

I don't really enjoy it, since I don't really know it...
