This is true. Faz rarely skips OLL, he actually usually just does NORMAL CFOP. So I'm not sure why people are obsessed with the RLS stuff now.

Because Mats did some walkthrough solves using RLS where he skipped like 7/12 OLLs... But last slot was about 15 moves.

If you like learning algs and can recognise LL orientation quickly enough while looking ahead to the last f2l pair (i.e. are superhuman), then it's a great OLL skip technique!

So you think good F2L and terrible LL is a good way to sub 15?

I suggest at least learning the easy OLLs.
Many are short and slight variations on others.
