need to touch up my solve in a few parts

Other than the general practice i feel like i need to improve my solve a bit. For f2l instead of doing rotations do you use double layer turns and does it make a noticeable improvement. For oll do you auf instead of rotate and the most important one for pll i first auf than rotate so after i do the alg the cube is solved should i change. Like should i auf then alg then auf again. And tell me if this makes a noticeable change in times. Thanks In Advance.

OK YOU NEED TO THINK ABOUT STUFF FOR YOURSELF HERE SO BE CAREFUL IN CASE YOU KNOCK YOURSELF OUT

I MEAN THAT DEPENDING ON WHAT CASE IT IS SOMETIMES YOU DO AUF FIRST AND SOMETIMES YOU ROTATE BECAUSE IT'S BETTER TO DO CERTAIN THINGS IN CERTAIN SCENARIOS

YOU NEED TO WORK OUT WHICH ONES TO DO WHAT ON OR JUST YOU CAN DO THE SAME THING ON ALL OF THEM YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TO PUT SOME EFFORT INTO THIS SO YOU MIGHT WANT TO JUST NOT DO IT TBH

OLL: only AUF
PLL: AUF or d depending on situation. Goal is to have the cube oriented as such that you can: speed through the PLL, release the cube and hit the timer, all on auto pilot.
