If you go on ebay.com , you can pick up a cube for $10-$12 shipped. Or email [email protected] for a DIY kit for like $15 shipped. If nothing else, go to Target or Walmart and get one for $8.96. Good luck.

Not sure what you mean.

Paypal is the easiest way to pay online. However, I'm sure he will accept other methods of payment. It may say on the site, if not, email him. Good luck.

If you have a credit card, you can use PayPal regardless of whether or not you're a member. If you don't, there's mail order info on Cubesmith.
