i need help trying to get my avg of 32 seconds to about 25 - 28
my biggest downfall is f2l. and before you rush to the new post box to type in "just look ahead" i already know what lookahead is but ever since i started trying to "look ahead" my averages are going down rapidly and im getting worse not better
ive tried metronome but its got me into a habit of going very slow.
so what can i use or do to get into the habit of always lookingahead, like getting into the habbit of doing the cross on the bottom

I'm around the same solve times as you are. I've recently been working on my f2l a lot by finding one corner edge pair, closing my eyes, and than solving it. It will get you use to not looking at the pair that your working on at that moment and make it easier to look at other pieces. I practiced this for a few days and got my f2l solve time from about 22 seconds to 14-18 seconds

Don't worry about lookahead that much yet, just practice and your times will drop.

Next time, a more descriptive title would help, "retard" :p

My times are slower so I am not qualified to help, but I heard that lookahead and practise helps :p.
