Need a morons guide for Megaminx

Hi,

I have been using Holey Megaminx Solution - 12 colour by Jaap Scherphuis to solve a normal Megaminx.

It works great until the last layer. For some reason, when I try to follow final 3 steps, everything gets screwed up. I love the detailed pictures and the step by step layout. I don't do these puzzles for speed. I do them because it infuriates my brothers because they can't and my nieces and nephews are amazed that I can solve the "mess" they make of them.

So, I'm looking for a detailed, step by step guide with simple notations and diagrams. I've looked at several on the site and they all seem to be missing something, mainly a picture that shows what the notations and symbols mean for someone who isn't familiar.

I suggest you look up Antoine Cantin's tutorial on youtube. He explains it pretty well IMO

I don't always have internet available. And I have an incredibly hard time trying to learn with videos. I'm looking for something along these lines, simple and idiot proof.

I don't understand why everything always messes up at step 9 and beyond.
