That's the other problem I had ,the skill of the musicians(Twinkle,Twinkle Little Star<Virginia Tate,Pataflafla{i play percussion}).You will really need to take into account the level of skill of the musicians and what instruments they play. Unless they are playing something fairly demanding, their fingers will not really be moving that fast.
Also, different instruments rely on different hands. Most brass, excluding french horn, use the right hand, while woodwinds use both.
I would like to see a variation of this with just percussionists. (specifically marching percussion) Although whether or not percussion instruments require the most technical use of the fingers could certainly be debated... I doubt anyone would argue against a marching snare player doing more "physical" work with the wrists and fingers. Personally, I haven't really played seriously in over four years, but I keep a practice pad next to my desk and when I just can't seem to get my fingers warm for cubing... I will pad for awhile and it always seems to help.
I'll join the non-musical group (gasp!) along with... miniGOINGS... damn.
