Hey there my order is arrived and im very happy, got 2 Haiyans, 2, C4U Diy, Pyraminx, Ds 2x2 and LL 1x3x3, but i got some questions. When assembling the HaiYan there came screw spring and little spacer, and i put the spring and then the spacer on the screw was that right?
And what lube should i use? I've seen people talk about shock oil, silicon and furniture polish etc. What would you recommend?
The C4U is kinda bad un lubed but the HaiYan works fine but it would be better lubed.

Thanks!,

as far as lubircation goes, Jig-A-Loo or CRC would suffice. be careful with the jig-a-loo though. best to dissasemble and lube. if you're not careful, then you will glue your cube. i have a 2x2 lubed with shock oil, though, and it's amazing.

for the Haiyan:
it goes in like this
_spring|W
S----------S

so, there's the screw, then you put in the spring, then the washer. (S= spring W = Washer)

i forgot, but the washer should go in a particular way.
also, the "spacer" you speak of would be better known as "washer"

edit:
i got partially ninja'd on the screw/spring/washer part/ but c4y doesn't need washers :D

Yeah so i did it right c------ <- the screw ( c is the head where you screw)
Spring and then washer at the end (where it goes into the mid piece).
It's kinda hard to get jig-a-loo or crc because i live in iceland but i will see if i can get something similar or shock oil.

Hey there,

on one of my HaiYan it comes like a springy sound when i turn it, is that dangerous or telling me that i did something wrong?

no its fine.....its just the spring itself staying still with the screw....it happens sometimes depending on the cube
