Help! My cube4you order hasn't arrived...

I ordered 2 white type a DIYs from C4Y on eBay, not cube4you.com... I ordered shipping by air... I ordered the cubes on 30th October and it still hasn't arrived... I sent him a mail asking him when it would come after 3 weeks of ordering and he replied saying that it would take 4-6 weeks by air... It has now been 5 weeks and there's still no sign of my order... I sent him another mail 3 days ago and he still hasn't replied... The funny part is that I ordered puzzleproz cube lube along with the DIYs and it came within a week... I live in India, the country right next to china and I recieved an order from hawaii in 5 days but no cubes even after 5 weeks... So, what do I do now? Do I cancel my order on eBay? Is it even possible to cancel it this late? After I cancel my order, do I order it again from the C4Y website, with EMS shipping?
Please help!!!

.....if he said it would take 4-6 weeks..........and its been 5 weeks...then it matches his description. i would wait the whole 6 weeks and then another week before complaining. different shops use different companies to mail and depends on how busy they are.

I would complain NOW, because James takes like, 3 weeks to reply. The after sales service from C4Y is absolutely pathetic.

as somebody who worked in the shipping field, i can say that you shouldn't be worried. just relax and wait and it will arrive.

just some info. when something says "Usually arrives within 4-6 weeks" they are giving an average. meaning 4-6 weeks is the average it takes to ship. meaning 0-3 weeks is above average, 4-6weeks is average, and 7+weeks is slow. so don't go complaining right away. after all, if he's already shipped your order, he can't really do anything to make it get to you any faster.

you're fairly far away from the shipper, i believe he's in California. so it may take some time. Hawaii is rather close when you think about it, so obviously that order will be faster.

If it doesn't arrive in 7 weeks, look into it. but for now just be patient.

You should. Buy from 9spuzzles or RubikFans on eBay, though they don't have everything Cube4You does (their newest items are the Meffert's megaminx clones)

I just saw Cube4you's reviews and i saw that the other person who had ordered the same cubes had not got them!!! I have filed a complaint and hopefully i'll get my money back... Has anyone got their money back from filing a complaint??
