My Guhong V4 M center piece broke.

So I was cubing and the cube was locking up alot and suddenly the center piece kinda broke.

I dont know how to fix it, even if i taped it and pieced it back the center piece was popping up like a button, and there is a little piece that broke that I don't know how to piece together too. If there is no way to fix then I'll guess I'll use my WRM 2020 I got and be careful next time.

When it happened, were you turning at max tps or trying some really big corner cuts? That's the only reason I can possibly think for why that could happen, sorry but I can't think of any way to fix that, it's such a small piece that broke off

the cube was locking up so i was spamming tps on it and it locked up even more and it broke

You’ve mentioned many times that you have a rough turning style. Were the layers very misaligned when this happened? I can’t see how you’re fixing that

That calls for 20 years of jail time in a federal prison with a $100,000 minimum fine. (Yes, I'm a judge now.)

That's really unlucky. I dont know how to fix it, however, you can order some spare parts from The Cubicle or some other place to replace the center cap. If it doesn't work then, you're out of luck. I don't know how you can fix it.

sometimes you can get away with hot glue or superglue but iirc the guhong v4 has really thin plastic so that probably won't work and you might as well get a replacement piece

Or he could just contact TheCubicle which can probably ship him out a extra center piece for a fraction of that price

I had the same problem. In my "All PLL's sub 1" video I broke the center cap while trying to do RUS ua perm.

BrodytheCuber also broke his Guhong v4. KardTrickKid too.

This seems like a common problem.

It's still a good purchase, but the cube is just a bit fragile. Also from what I hear, @Nir1213 turns so badly he has caused other cubes to break.

I normally don't have harsh turning, but when I was spamming Nb and Ua I guess I was a little too aggressive. I think the Guhong V4 is good a good purchase as you said, but I would suggest to those buying it to be careful.
