My F2L Time need's major help!

Okay. Hey Everyone. My F2L times are not very good. lol. My Average is 1:02.xx but my F2L takes 22 - 26 seconds! Is this bad? Because i have seen people doing F2L in like 4. lol. Does anyone have any tips on getting my F2L lower? Please help me.

some of us have been doing this for over a year... you can't expect to get instantly faster.

There's no trick to it just practice, practice, practice..but if you want some tips http://www.cubefreak.net/speedcubing_tips.html I think there is a particularly nice tip in there, not hard to miss .

4sec? No.

First of all, your LL is REALLY slow in comparison. Most people spent twice as long on F2L than LL.

But work on both.

Compared to your total time, your F2L times are fine. I think for now it's your LL that needs work. Learning a 3 look LL should be your priority for now, but keep up your F2L progress.

WTF!?!?
Work on your last layer!
Don't learn new algorithms because if you can use 4 algorithms(4LLL) and average 10 seconds on each one, you definitely need to cut those algorithms down to sub 4.

Well i use 2-look/part OLL. i got the algs off cubewhiz.com and i used a vid badmephisto made on youtube to help me. after that for PLL i use 2-look/part PLL from again cubewhiz.com and cubefreak.net.
Oh yeah and the F2L does not include my cross which can take a while.

F2L sub-30? your average should be about 40 with that amount of LL algs. I thought I was slow at LL.

What? You're averaging mid-20s on F2L, 20 seconds on LL, with a 1:02 total time. What are you doing for almost 20 seconds? Surely your cross can't take that long. If it is, you definitely need to work on that. If not, try eliminating the coffee break you apparently take in the middle of your solve.
