My bad technique

I'm not sub 30 yet, but I don't use it, I find that it takes too long because you have to regrip a bit to get your middle finger free to do it.

I use it only when it's the last move of the solve. Otherwise I use middle finger for holding the cube.

For those of you who do not use your middle finger do you use your pinky or ring finger? I use my pinky and can thusly use my ring finger and thumb to hold my cube while the middle one is temporarily removed to do the double spin.

If you have normal/small hands it's easier to use your pinky for R.
If you have normal/large hands it's easier to use your ring finger for R.

*Gasp* Oh no a paradox!
I think I have normal hands then they certainly aren't small lol. To me it is just easier to use 3 fingers to hold the cube for added stability and one of the fingers can be moved easily for turning if they are needed.
