My approach to the FTO

Because the FTO has recently become so popular, I figured I'd make a quick video that shows how I solve the puzzle. This is by no means a speedsolving technique, just my preferred way of solving the puzzle. I've explained this verbally to a few speedsolvers who were immediately confused by my approach. I figured that a video might help explain things a bit better,

Again, this is not meant to be used for speedsolving! This method is mostly intuitive and uses techniques that you probably already know and can be easily adapted to other FTO variations.

I do like this far more than both the tutorials that beginners will use, which are either the pamphlet in the Diansheng box which teaches the commutator/piece-by-piece method (which is easy to learn but horribly slow), or Benpuzzles' tutorial on Bencisco (which is horrible to understand even though it's fast), and it's still decently easy to learn and optimized enough to result in good times.

Thanks! I really developed this approach out of necessity for solving the inside triangles and the corners on the Crazy versions. I had fun with it, so it stuck. I imagine that it could be optimized a bit, specifically for the corners. But honestly, I like solves when I still have to think, but I don't have to apply any new techniques. This pretty much worked for that.

It doesn't translate over to the Master FTO to well as of yet, but I'm working on it lol.
