So i cant seem to make up my mind... learned CFOP from badmephisto and its the method that takes me the shortest looks... then decided petrus was for me... saw someone do ZZ and it looked awsome and the fact that you can just reduce the # of cases dramaticly by EO so early sold me on that... and now seeing Waffle and BigGreen do Roux its hard not to switch over lol.

So im just wondering if i should just choose one and stick with it... cuz like when i do CFOP for a while and then go to ZZ i find it hard to not do F & B turns during F2L and it slows me down quite a bit to fight it lol... How many of you use multiple methods and if so what are you PB for the methods you use?
 
I'm pretty sure Stachu uses multiple. I think if you want faster times you want to focus on just one though. More than one is spreading yourself thin.
 
If you're going for speed, find one and stick with it. If you want to look more into theory-ish stuff, learn all you can and mess around with them.
 
I'd say take the best of what you like from each step.
If you could do a petrus block then get the other 2 edges, then do 3 corners of the f2l, then use whatever you like for the last layer.

anyway, I think ZZ too, just because I think it leaves a lot of potential once you learn it.
