Approximately from your personal experience, how many 3blind solves is a good warmup for a full scale multi-blind attempt (1 hour)

I generally do not do warmup 3blind solves before my official multi-blind attempt. Do you guys do warmup 3blind before official multi? I understand that 3blind memo and pacing is different from multiblind, but doing ECEC untimed blind practice on a single cube is a good warmup routine I feel.

I haven't done MBLD or (serious) 3BLD in nearly a decade, but at the very least, trying to physically warm up seems silly when you're spending 30-40 mins not turning a single cube for your MBLD attempt. For comp performance stuff, I'm of the opinion that all you can really do is just practice at home, see where your skill actually lies on good/average/bad days, then plan accordingly. If you feel like you need to do solves to remember your memo order, you're probably aren't doing the whole "practicing MBLD at home" thing.
