Hello everybody,

My name is Gemma, I am a Spanish speedcuber and I am working in the field of journalism. For a few months I have been writing a blog in my country about speedcubing but after much work and the support received by a large number of collaborators, the Spanish blog has become an international magazine.

From here I invite you to read the magazine in our web

http://enlifeblindfold.wordpress.com/

This has been our first issue, but with your help we hope to improve each time a little more, so please we ask you to leave comments with suggestions, constructive criticism, opinions ...

Our success depends on you!

Thanks for reading.

Gemma

Thanks hyunchoi98! in the first issue we have not had any corrective collaborator and there are a few typos and spelling mistakes. We hope readers will forgive us! ;)

Thank u all. I've to informate that after the 350 downloads a Spanish edition is comming. I hope it will be the start of something lasting :D

Nice mag!

I think I'm going to try my first FMC for it.

There's some funky "Spanish English" in there sometimes but it has its charmes so do not worry about it.

If you need more kids info for the 2nd edition; my 5 year old daughter cubes too!

Thanks Cubenovice. It's true, we had coordinating problems with editors because we didn't know each other and talked different languages not only spanish (polski, romanian, french...). I hope to solve these problems with the experience. Thanks for writting, we'll wait for your FMC solution.

Olivér, if you're talking about Radu's article I am sorry, but I had no time to check the information. I promise I'll do it next time! Anyway I've to congratulate Radu for him great article!

We thought about it but at the moment is very complicated, when you have a physical magazine, if you do not have a grant to cover costs and no sponsor is impossible.

The only way to accomplish this it would be that the magazine had a cost, but we would have to pay tax expenditures and taxes over the value of money at the country, and in Spain, the country where we are, taxes are very expensive (16%).

Maybe some day, when the world of speedcubing moves more money and any subsidies, we can accomplish this.

Thanks for writing.

Good job! Very enjoyable reads.

As far as input here goes:

You could reach out to some of the top cubers and perhaps include a "tips" column which can relate to memory techniques, finger tricks, methods for learning algorithms, look ahead techniques, different cubing styles, etc...etc...

Another idea is having some of the more advanced cubers walk through some solves. Getting their insight on how they plan a cross then work through the rest of the layers would be interesting as well.

Also, similar to speedsolving.com, the interview section is always interesting to me.
