MF3RS setup questions

Hey guys! I'm a bit new to cubing and I was wondering, how would you setup the MF3RS to be a little more smoother and a little less catchy on turning (possibly due to my sloppy turning). Any specific lube and tension I need? For reference, the QiDi S 2x2 is a cube that I like playing with because it turns with only a little bit of pressure out of the box.
