Heyo there, just me here. Started getting back into cubing a few months back after a 1-2 year hiatus. Currently, my main events are 2-7, and averages/mains/methods are as follows:

2x2: 3.5 w/ CLL, Qiyi MS
3x3: 12-14 w/ CFOP, Tornado V3 Flagship. 8.478 PB single
4x4: ≈ 55 w/ Yau, MGC
5x5: ≈1:45 w/ Yau, MGC
6x6: ≥4:00 w/ Yau, Aoshi WRM
7x7: ≥6:00 w Yau, Aofu WRM

I do mega, OH, pyra and skewb rarely, so I can hardly say I have averages for those. Currently working on 4x4, 6x6 and 7x7

Welcome! I’ve never seen someone use yau for 7x7. Do you find it to be faster for you or easier?

I think it's more so that I find it more enjoyable, plus look ahead is easier. Ultimately, I've always used Yau for 4x4 and 5x5, so I figured I'd try it out on 6x6 and 7x7 when I picked up cubing again recently, and found it to be more fun than redux, so I stuck w/ it
