I assume standard megaminx notation like DR DL UR UL U F R L etc. I don't knowmegaminx rotation notation but i just use x, y, z, xy, xz, yz, xy etc

Yes me too; solving a 12-sided puzzle in 15 moves, or about 1 move per slice. That would be like solving a 3x3 in 7 moves.
Unlikely.
