Literally anyone that is competent with 2x2 can see a 4-move solution. If you are capable of turning fast enough to get a WR on a 4-move solution, then you don't need someone to tell you it's going to be 4 moves.

This, I don't know why people are making a big deal out of the knowledge. If you can't see U'RUR' then you are probably not sub-10 anyway.
