Lubing a 2x2x2?

I got a 2x2x2 (actually 2, as my father got one for him too) at Worlds...it's Rubik's, so it's small and not that good to move...

and I was wondering how am I going to lube that thing...you can't turn 2 sides a bit to create an opening...and I don't plan to disassemble it

so...any tips? or just getting an Eastsheen? is that one easier (or possible) to lube?

I have a rubik's ice 2x2x2 and all I did was create a pop you missalign and turn the side and there you go now for assembling it look it up on google

Why not just turn a layer 45 degrees and spray on the exposed inner-parts?

Or get a spray with a tiny nozzle and squeeze that inside the core?
