I lubed my new es 4x4 with crc silicon spray and it has become even slower than what it was after letting it sit and working it in. Any help or advice for making my eastsheen 4x4 turn faster without taking it apart?

I think you should have worked it in before lubing it. I will get mine next week and I will do that for one week and then lube it..

Don't take it apart. Taking apart EastSheen (for me) slows them down.

please tell me you didn't do it in that order. you ALWAYS work your lube in before you let it sit. now your only option is to keep using it and hope it gets better.

Do you remember my 4x4, the white one from us open?

I took it apart, and sprayed each piece with 2 coats of jigaloo.
reaseembled, and boom.

Its still quite amazing, and many people from us open and decatur remarked at its versatility and speed.

I find that an ES really can't reach it's full potential without being dissasembled and sprayed. This is with CRC of course. All the cubes I've just sprayed into aren't even close to as good as dissassembling. I had a really crappy ES that I jsut popped an edge, but when I took it apart, then I sprayed, and let it dry, it was crazy good. =]

I only had a 100$ limited visa gift card that can't be reloaded, and I won't be able to get another one soon. BTW, has anyone else had this problem? Should I request a new one from cubefans because it was faulty? I don't think it wouldn't cost them, ony the manufacturer.
