So far I have the following puzzles:
3x3 DIY with Cubesmith tiles (my good one)
3x3 store-bought with vinyl stickers (my almost good one except that all of the stickers are falling apart)
4x4 store-bought with Cubesmith tiles that I lubed with WD-40 so it's falling apart (I didn't know at the time)
5x5 Eastsheen
2x2 Eastsheen
Chinese Megaminx that turns horribly
Square-1 that I'm afraid to lube or replace the stickers

These are the things I'm thinking I should get:
Pyraminx
Master-Magic
Siamese Cube (?)
Domino
StackMat
6x6 or 7x7 if Meffert's ever starts selling them

Does anyone know of a good place to buy those? Also, is there anything else that is a must-have for any puzzle enthusiast?

Pyraminx is really easy so if you're looking for a challenge I wouldn't bother getting it. If you just want to extend your collection then it's a great addition.

Check out the Skewb Ultimate from Mefferts ^_^

FYI: Dogic is also really easy.

Why buy a Siamese Cube?Make one.It is fun!

My friend lent me his cube the other day, and I took one of the corner pieces out and stuck it on top of my cube. Is that all a Siamese cube is? How are they held together?

In any case, I don't have 2 cubes that I'm willing to destroy to make a Siamese cube.

Edit: Also, does anyone know if Mefferts will ever start selling Megaminx' again?

I've got about 6 cubes I'm willing to destroy to make into a Siamese Cube but I just don't like the idea of a Siamese Cube... it doesn't look like a fun puzzle to solve :-P

I can't seem to find a Master Magic on Rubiks.com. I might order one from eBay, since it'd probably be cheaper.

Also, I was only able to find two Dominoes on eBay. One of them looks to be in poor condition, and one of them is going for a rediculous amount of money.

I noticed that there were a lot of stores on eBay selling 3x3 "speedcubes" in a variety of different colors. I missed out on the white anniversary edition DIY from Rubik's (it was available when I ordered my black DIY, but I didn't get one because I wasn't sure if I'd like it or not). I'm thinking about getting one of these "speedcubes" in white to keep as a backup cube (or use it as my main one if it's any good).

Does anyone know who manufactures these colored cubes? There are a few stores selling them on eBay, and they all look the same. For all I know they could just be standard Rubik's DIYs dipped in colored paint or something. Well, maybe not, but...

This is the one I'm thinking about buying:

As for the Pyraminx, I'll probably get one from Meffert's. And possibly a Skewb Ultimate, as well. I'm thinking I might spoil myself and get the Japanese one, even though it is $20 more. Or an original one. I don't like tiles. Can anyone comment on tiles vs. stickers?

I don't really care that much about the siamese cube. I'd rather save my money on replacing my 4x4 and Megaminx if Meffert's ever starts selling them again.

I'm kinda annoyed by the fact that Meffert's seems to always be out of stock for all of the good items. =/

Siamese cubes can be joint in several ways. Joining them at 1 single corner wouldn't be an interesting puzzle, but joining them at a 1x2x3 block teaches you a lot about orienting pieces.

You are not the only one. He can make it up to me by selling good megaminxes, 5x5x5, 6x6x6 and bigger :)

And you should get a Skewb and a Skewb Ultimate. They are strange, but fun, puzzles!

I made a Siamese cube by removing a 1x1x3 block out of each of the two cubes and joining one face of each of the "open" edges and the center to the corresponding edge/center of the other cube.
I know it is not a great mod but you will learn a lot since the only possible moves on the one I made are R,r and U.Many of my friends whom I had taught the beginner's solutions couldn't solve it easily.
Try if you want to.

I actually just tried playing with a siamese cube last night. I found out the official "siamese" fusion is along a 1x1x3 block. I just simulated this by taping one edge together, preventing F and B turns. It's not too hard to solve, but it took about 10 minutes to devise a fail-proof solution. I might as well give my solution:

1. Finish cross on bottom (annoying because you have to use u and r moves).
2. Use keyhole to finish a 2x2x3 block over the fused pieces
3. Check to see if the last f2l edges are "good." If not, flip them using keyhole stuff.
4. Insert last 2 pairs.
5. Orient edges using 2-gen OLLs.
6. Use 2-gen COLLs to orient the LL.
7. Do and edge perm! (there's never corner permutation on the last layer).

You can definantly do a 'u' turn. otherwise it you would never have a 2x2x3 block out of place. If you were to put 2 cubes together, it just restricts the DBL-DL-DLF group. Everything else is free to move. The mod you made isn't the definition of a "siamese" cube. The original, produced under the name "Mate", was fused like this http://twistypuzzles.com/cgi-bin/puzzle.cgi?pid=467. If you look at Ton's puzzle building page, he actually creates pieces that will fit into 2 cores.
