So i did some timed f2l + cross solves a few days and fell in the range of 16-20 secs. My avg being 28 secs or so means if i'm doing the math correctly my LL is 8-12 secs which in my mind is absolutly horrible about 42% of my solve! Being that all my PLL'S are sub 3 as well as all my OLL'S that leaves 1-2 sec regocnition which isnt terrible. I've been doing some last layer scrambles and drilling but havent seen much improvment. So what do you think the issue is? TPS maybe?

When you've been doing LL scrambles, have you timed yourself doing the LL? Your LL really might not be as bad as you think. If you have a 10s LL, that gives you 5s for recognizing and executing OLL, and another 5s for recognizing and executing PLL. If you are certain that your PLLs are sub3 (on average, not just that you can get a sub3 single), and so are your OLLs, I don't see you having a 10s LL (unless you have bad recognition).

I'd do breakdown solves. Conrad Rider (Cride5) has setup a timer that allows for breakdowns. Do an average of 12 with this method and see what your LL average truly is.

I will do that thanks, and yes i did avg's of 5 for all my PLL's and OLL's just to be sure

EDIT: The time is all wonkey I press the space bar and it stops like 4 secs after I hit it.
