Well, I bought Jig-A-Loo yesterday at Target for 3.99$, after deciding that waiting for CRC would be a while, and so I sprayed this morning ( I kept the cubes next to each other, not even touching, maybe an inch away from each other, in neat groups of 4.) and the cubesmith tiles on two cubies like fused together, I'd rip them off and... There was some residue, try peeling and the tile came off, plus there's nasty stuff protruding from my cube now..

D=

So, maybe I should've done it in 8 edges, and work in for 5 minutes.. D=

Now I've got a screwed up DIY that I got only 3 days ago or so....

So, now I'm stuck with my vasaline'd storebought.. Will putting Jig-A-Loo on Vaseline have any chemical reactions?

jig a loo not only chemically bonds plastic together, it chemically smoothens, or melts, straight cubesmith tiles

u can still use jig a loo, just watch it more carefully and have lots of heat pouring down onto the pieces whilst lubing

Interesting. After reading this thread, I tried it out myself on one of the extra tiles I have. Sure enough, the Jig-A-Loo softened up the tile & I was able to scratch some of it off.
