Hey all,
I'm working on different methods, a one-handed and dual-cube method, but "rotating" algorithms has always been so time-consuming.
With U being the top, the algorithm for FD->FR is:
D'R'DRDFD'F'
By "y", I mean rotating the entire cube clockwise relative to the top, turning F into L, R into F, and so on. Say you want to apply "y" to this algoritm, to make the algorithm LD->LF. To do this, I'd have to visualize:
D'F'DFDLD'L'
By "z", I mean rotating the entire cube clockwise relative to the front, turning U into F, L into U, and so on. Say I want to apply "z" to the above algorithm, to make the algorithm UL->UF. I could visualize again, but it would really give me a headache. Is there some online converter where you can type in an algorithm, and apply "zy" to it? I have a master list of like 150 algorithms that I'd like to change from from F2L with top on D, to top on F (apply x). And some to top on R (apply z'). This is sometimes easy to do in your head, but sometimes not, such as rotating a cube y and x, and needing the same algorithm for the now different side.
Doing this to all of them would take WAY too much time, and would probably result in some brain damage . If you know of any easy (or even complicated) method, please feel free to share
!
Thanks in advance guys!
Sincerely,
Andrew
