Interesting experience with a junky cube

I was solving my sisters stupid knock cube that was so impossible to move that my thumbs were stiff as a rock when I finally solved 30 minutes later. Back then I was using 2 look PLL and I forgot the corner placing algorithm. After about 20 minutes of struggling with it I finally was able to solve it.:tu
Most of us memorize the algorithms by feel, we don't sit their and recite the algorithm as were doing it. So when we can't go fast our brains freeze up.

I will never forget the day that I forgot how to solve a Rubik's cube.

i had that problem when my friend brought a really bad huge 3x3 cube to school and it was all sparkly and i simply couldnt do it i actually was sweating while solving it. it was a workout it took soooo much force to turn i simply couldnt do the entire LL then i pick up my cube and do a real nice solve hehe.

I memorize algs by where the white (I start with Yellow) is, or by vision I guess. So I don't have this problem often, except with T-perm, which is the only one I learned through fingertricks
