Insane 3x3 scramble

I got this scramble from cubedesk- which has a 2 move x cross on the blue-red pair on white- L2 U2 B2 L2 R2 B L2 B' U2 B' F L2 R' D B2 U R2 U' F R' U2. Keep red in front of you, do an R' D2 for the x cross. any efficient solution after this?
This is a very good scramble, I got a 7!

Lol I got a 7.26 which is sub my PB, my solution is below

z2 y
L' D2 //xcross
U' R U' R' U R U R' //2nd pair
U L U L' U L U L' //3rd pair
L' U L U2 L' U L //4th pair
U' F R U R' U' R U R' U' F' //oll
U2 R' U2 R' D R U' R' D R U' R' U' R //pll

z2
F' D2 // Xcross
R U' R' B U B' // 2nd pair (8)
F' U' F U' F U F' // 3rd pair (15)
U R U R' U R' F R2 U R' U' F' U // 4rd pair cancelling into OLL, skipped PLL + AUF (28)

The main thing I notice is that the orange-green edge is solved automatically, and doing a U at the start also solves the red-green edge. The corners for these pairs are in the front slot so are easy to solve. This is a move-efficient CFOP solution I came up with that has an XXX-cross.
z2 y // inspection
U L' R' F R F' D' R U R' u' // xxxcross
R' U R U' R' U R U' R B' R2' U R U R' U2 R U B // 4th pair
R' U L' U2 R U' R' U2 R L // PLL

This is an alternative solution, using more natural corner insertions in the XXX-cross. It also keeps the edge of the final pair oriented (although the wide u at the end of the cross solution also does that - we get the FR pair here though). It does not have edge orientation/OLL skip for LL though, so ends up being a longer solution:
z2 y // inspection
U L' U R U' R' D' R U R' D' // xxxcross
U2 R U2 R' U R U' R' // 4th pair
U r' R2 U R' U R U2 R' U M' // OLL
u' R2 U R' U R' U' R U' R2 U' D R' U R // PLL

Funny alternative continuations to turtwig's starts:

z2 y // inspection
U L' R' F R F' D' R U R' D' // xxxcross
R U' R' // EO
d R' U2 R U2 R' U2 R // 4th pair
U L' R u R2 u' R2 U R U' L U2 // last layer

z2 y // inspection
U L' U R U' R' D' R U R' D' // xxxcross
U2 R U2 R' U R U' R' // 4th pair
r U' r' F d R U' R' // CPEOLL
U R' U2 R2 U R2 U R2 U2 R' // 2GLL

My first solution in a slow solve

zz y
L' F' U2 F D L U L' D // xxeocross
R U2 R' U' R U R' D2 R U R' U' R U' R' D2 // multislot + oll
U2 R2 u' R U' R U R' u R2 f R' f' U // best pll ever

no offense, but you didnt solve it in an very efficient way.
the only offensive part is stating the obvious
btw that was the time of the only speedsolve solution I've done of that scramble, with 15 seconds inspection. If I keep optimising I can reduce the time and get a better solution but what's the point?
