Improving the AoSu?

So I bought a Mini MoYu AoSu a few weeks ago, and has become my main over my first AoSu. I watched a few different videos from popular cubers, and see that they use WeiSu soft springs in their cube and seems to improve the performance. Can anyone go into more detail on that?

It's supposed to make the middle layers faster and decreases weird lock ups.

Just put some weisu soft springs in my mini yesterday. I had to tight it a lot and yet it feels "loose". I could say its like changing ss6 springs with dayan feeling like Normal springs are very hard thus making the mini aosu sluggish and causing a lot of friction. just my opinion hope it helps u a bit XD
