I really wanna be good at 3x3

I use Roux. As you can tell. i am dual CN and working on using g/b on bottom colour.
I really wanna improve but have been stuck at ~16 global average for months.
Can anyone give me some tips that can get me to sub 12? preferably a routine

Watch all of Kian's videos. Do 25 Roux FB untimed inspection solves a day (I do this for XCross, it has helped my cross and cross+1 planning a lot). Learn full Cmll if you haven't already. Instead of reducing to arrow, just memorize the 10 eo cases.

Do 25 untimed inspection FB solves (plan the whole thing blind folded).
Do 50 slow solves a day.
Do an ao100 a day.

Make sure your finger tricks and algs are good (see Kians vids for this).
