I need to know a couple of questions
1. Will a ZhanChi help my times if i'm above 20 seconds?( Getting one tomorrow)
2. My last layer is quiet crappy. Should I learn new algs for cases that take me longer or should I practice my algs like crazy?

I assume you mean you need to know the answers to those questions. Technically there are no correct answers to those questions. However here is my attempt:

1. It depends what your current cube is, and whether you would like the Zhanchi or not. No one could ever tell you the second part, so basically you'll have to try to find out. If you have a guhong at the moment I wouldn't worry about "upgrading". It's not going to drop your times magically or anything.
2. I'd say it's worth checking out some other algorithms for the cases you find particularly slow, but otherwise just practise.

1. The zhanchi is likely too fast for you to control. I know cubers that average sub 17 and they can't fully control theirs. Likely, a zhanchi will get you a new PB. However, consistency is more dependent upon technique. It's the cuber that needs to improve, not the cube ( I can, as well as other cubers here, get sub 20 on a storebought. And with enough practice, you will too).

2. refer to Dene.

I personally find my Zhanchi too slow (I average 13-15).

1. I think that the ZhanChi might improve your times if you can control it. But you might be stuck where you are right now, try and improve your times on a bad cube. Then swich over to your ZhanChi. I know for me, When I got my GuHong, I was coming from a crappy FII (I mean like Rubiks Bad), and I couldn't control my GuHong. But I did get used to it, so just try to turn acuratley, and you'll be good to go.
2. Learn some new algs boi
