I'm conflicted and need advice.

At this moment I am very indecisive in my cubing career.

Lately I've been memorizing PLL's for the Fridrich method. (Have the G's and the E Perm left to learn)

However, I also have been exploring other methods. (along with trying to be color neutral)

The Petrus method is something that I have really enjoyed learning about, but have been getting 20-30 higher than my Fridrich method averages. I still want to pursue this method, I am not discouraged.

The ZZ method has also caught me by surprise, as I enjoy using my intuition more and more, and there are less algorithms to memorize.

I really don't know where I should go from here. Should I stick with Fridrich and just try to improve my inconsistent times? Or should I search for a new experience by trying a different method?

I still enjoy using ZZ sometimes even though I am ~5 seconds faster with Fridrich on average (barely sub-20 with Fridrich, barely sub-25 with ZZ)

seriously, do whatever you want to. As Ryan said, its a hobby, its for fun, and you shouldn't worry so much

I guess I'm just worried that I will and try and do everything and get nowhere and end up frustrated. I guess I could always experiment and see what I like the most.

I would say go ahead and finish learning your fridrich plls first of all. There's no use getting distracted while you are in the middle of something, and they will probably be useful no matter what method you use.
Then, just play around with whatever methods you think are fun. It probably shouldn't take you more than a week or so of practicing with a method before you can tell whether or not you like it.

Learn them all, combine where you like
If you like petrus, do a pseudo block build /f2l cross/first half, then throw in whatever you want for oll and pll....

Just keep on looking into different solving methods.
Whatever method you'll end up using as your primary method, you will still benefit form the knowledge and cube understanding you have build with the other methods.

And just finish that PLL, you are almost there and can use it in many methods.

Explore a range of methods, see which one you like or feel most compfortable using and just go from there. Keep in mind though it's just a hobby.

What do you want to achieve from this "career"? If you just want to enjoy puzzles and you're not enjoying them, go do something else for a while (I recommend juggling fire!)

I'm sure people will advise you to try to do all these things (and they have above!) but as long as you're enjoying it it doesn't really matter unless you have a particular need for success and recognition in the cubing world... in which case I'd question my motives!

But this aside, I know what you're talking about: trying to learn many new subjects can be tough. And concentrating on some of these subjects can feel like progress in the others is slipping or going backwards! This may well be a common experience: I know that I feel this and it can be very frustrating.

There is good news on the horizon! If you are approaching full PLL, race for that goalpost my friend! It is one of the most satisfying achievements.
