What should i try and memorize first, OLL's or PLL's?

How often do pll skips happen?

How often do oll skips occur?

Can ever such a thing occur, where the oll AND pll are skipped on one solve?

Does anyone have any tips on doing the F2L Faster?

thanks

1) PLL's first definitely

2) PLL skip = 1/72

3) OLL skip = 1/216

4) Yes, its called LL skip (for last layer) = 1/(72*216) = 1/15,552

5) Practice practice. Be sure to look at algorithms for any cases that are taking more than 8 or so moves. Go slower so you can do the F2L with minimal pauses, then you can speed it up from there.

Learn 2-look OLL and 2-look PLL. It is a total of 10 algs for OLL, and 7 for PLL I think. You orient the edges in one algorithm, then orient the corners in one algorithm. Then you permute the edges in one alg, and orient the corners in one alg.
