Idea for M2/R2 Memo...

I don't know if this memo is already being used but I was thinking instead of using a person action memo or a PAO memo, use a PAOP or Person, Action, Object, Place memo. I think it's pretty good as it obviously takes care of the toggling issue and it should be fairly fast. I currently combine 4 letters to make a word or a sound but I think that this will be easier to recall. Tell me what you guys think...
