I need cfop coaching

sorry to break it to you but i don’t think anybody is gonna do 1 on 1 for you for free. Plus you are quite rude which again ruins you’re chances… i could try my best to coach you through resources like twizzle but i will have to refer videos to you.
 
Also, ADHD is no excuse. Famous people like Micheal Jordan and Bill Gates have admitted they struggled with ADHD, but still became successful.

max park excelled in many things that he enjoys because that’s how it is having autism. ADHD is the opposite so i would say it’s more difficult (he could just be making an excuse though)

Interestingly ADHD and autism diagnosis rates have skyrocketed in the past decades. We're not sure if it's greater awareness and diagnosis, changes in diagnostic criteria, or a genuine increase. I have some autistic traits as well but wouldn't go as far as to self-diagnose myself (which you shouldn't do anyway)

Maybe some of ADHD is just ipad kids growing up on tiktok and not having engaging school material...

I wouldn't be so fast in diagnosing myself or anyone else....

Correctly diagnosed ADHD and autism means the person has a divergent neurologic delevopment.
That happens before birth or during infancy, not something someone develops just because of exposition to tiktok or stuff like that.

It happens many people say they are autistic or ADHD without a professional diagnosis.
that is not true ADHD or autism, maybe just impatience or anti-social behavior
