In terms of pll and oll, learn the 2look case for both. Videos from jperm can help with that (tell me if you want links). If you can master all of these techniques, you can potentially become sub-25 or maybe 20.

2 look oll is relatively simple with easy finger trick and some small algs. pll gets tougher but is manageable
