I have exactly one month until a competition nearby, and I want to get faster. My goal is consistent sub-30 or possibly sub-25. Currently I consistently get averages in the 30 to 40 second range. I currently know 2 Look OLL, and 10/21 PLL algs, and I'm decent with F2L. Do you guys have any tips, or could direct me to other threads that do? I would really appreciate it.

I'd suggest learning the rest of the PLLs (sooner rather than later, you want to be used to them before the competition) and just doing a lot of solves, both fast turning (go for speed) and slow turning (go for smooth solving with few pauses).

do slow solves it will help you with look ahead and you can notice your pll almost halfway through the oll

I would say just practice all the time. hours and hours of it. Do slow solving to help with your recognition. Try to get your PLL's down well too, Doing each PLL over and over again will help a lot.
