After a long period (1yr +) of inactivity from Cubing, I've decided to come back to it.
I loved it so much and just suddenly stopped, I have no idea why.

You may remember me initially establishing a small cube shop, which I closed on my departure from cubing.

So, a year has passed since I last touched a cube pretty much - I still have all of them, 10+ 3x3 (Aolong V1/2 for ex) 3+ 4x4 (Aosu/Mini) and a bunch of random megaminx, mirror blocks, 2x2s etc.

The problem I'm facing is - I've forgot how to solve.
Not exactly, I can still remember the LBL - But all my prior CFOP knowledge of cases has vanished.

I think I'm at a unique point really, I gave CFOP a go previously, but do I continue with it? or do I try something else like Roux now :)

I'll keep this thread updated with my choices and progress, I think it'll be interesting :)

Oh man, that's really cool (and probably frustrating for you). Good luck with re-learning! I think you should switch to a method that you think fits you the best. If you like M moves, Roux would be good. If you like learning algs, ZZ (or any method that ends up with EO already done for LL) allows you to learn large alg sets like ZBLL. Of course, if you liked CFOP, you could always stick to that. Also, I think this thread might be useful: https://www.speedsolving.com/forum/threads/beginners-guide-to-choosing-a-speedsolving-method.43471/
